Can I use emojis?+
Yes. Emojis are supported, but they increase character count and may push an SMS into MMS territory.
Can I upload GIFs?+
Yes. GIFs are supported for MMS campaigns.
Can I upload videos?+
Yes, for MMS campaigns only. Videos must be in MP4 format (H.264 encoding) and under 1.5 MB.
